Why I Built It (The Story Behind It)
Before going solo, I worked in a web agency.
Time tracking was chaotic, to say the least. A coworker eventually built his own mini app to track his hours for different projects because nothing out there really fit the bill.
Fast forward a few years. Now that I freelance, I faced the same old problem. I was logging my hours manually in spreadsheets. It was not ideal for day-to-day operations. I needed something lightweight that would not slow me down, would not require monthly payments, and would not collect my data.
